Some of our visitors may have noticed a slight name change for our ensemble. This is because we are now officially a club under the United Nations Staff Recreation Council. At their last meeting in December, they reviewed and accepted our application for membership with great enthusiasm. Our president was there to introduce the orchestra to representatives of other clubs.

Membership in the UNSRC will allow us to negotiate better time slots for rehearsals. It will also allow our members to be given official  time off when ensemble travels for performances.
